The Program Management Business Analyst within the Investment & Capital Markets Division PMO team plays a crucial role in supporting technology modernization and change initiatives. This position is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions ensuring that project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to assess requirements analyze data and provide insights that drive strategic decisions and project success.

The Investment & Capital Markets Division PMO team is pivotal in driving innovation and efficiency within the organization. As a Program Management Business Analyst the candidate will be at the forefront of contributing to and transforming our operational framework. The candidates analytical skills and strategic insights will help streamline processes and ensure the successful execution of projects. The candidates contributions will directly influence the effectiveness of our investment strategies and the satisfaction of our stakeholders.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration Finance Information Technology or a related field with Advanced Degrees preferred.
5-8 years of proven experience in program management or business analysis preferably within the financial services industry.

Understanding of capital markets processes and data (e.g. trade lifecycle settlements market data financial instruments).

Experience in data migration projects is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication and strong stakeholder management skills.
Advanced proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Familiarity mortgage industry is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet accelerated deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Adaptability to changing priorities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A strategic mindset with the ability to foresee potential challenges and mitigate risks.

Prepare clear concise management reports and executive presentations for status and milestone updates.

Ensure documentation of project requirements changes and outcomes.
