Program Management Analyst Federal Health

rockITdata isseeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Analyst to join our team supporting a mission-critical Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) program. This positionRuns the PMO battle rhythm and cross-cutting coordination spanning program management personnel access and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage action items meeting minutes decision logs and deliverable review cycles
• Maintain program artifacts schedules trackers briefings risk registers issue logs and dependency logs
• Run personnel clearance credentialing badging onboarding and access-coordination status reporting and escalation
• Support governance reviews readiness trackers and executive status materials
  

• Bachelors degree and five (5) years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting VA VHA DHA or other Federal healthcareorganizationshealth IT telehealth and Federal program management is preferred
• PMP or CAPM preferred
• Ability to obtain a Level 3 Public Trust
