The following position is to join our BBN Technologies team:

What You Will Do

Own the master schedule for a high visibility RTX BBN development and production project:

• Build the work breakdown structure task dependencies and resource allocation whilesolicitingteam inputs as necessary
• Performresource leveling andcoordinatewith team leads tomanagingcritical path overallocations
• Perform schedule analyses and assess execution options based on priorities fixed deadlines and resource constraints
• Facilitate productive meetings to regularly status schedule items
• Utilize the schedule and frequent team interactions to drive tasks frominceptionto closure

Qualifications You Must Have

• Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 8 years of experience or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 5 years experience.
• Experience in MS Projects built in capabilities including: Populating and tracking resources personnel (hours) resource leveling for work element structures in which personnel areallocatedacross parallel tasks tracking revisions against the schedule baseline.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 107500 USD - 204500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
