What You Will Do:

• Provide clinical administrative fiscal and operational leadership for BHNs Transitional Support Services program.
• Plan develop organize and direct program operations in alignment with BHNs mission program goals and applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Ensure high-quality person-centered trauma-informed harm-reduction and recovery-oriented services within a safe and supportive residential environment.
• Oversee admissions census service coordination treatment planning documentation utilization review and transitions to the next appropriate level of care.
• Maintain program licensing and regulatory compliance including applicable Massachusetts DPH and Bureau of Substance Addiction Services requirements.
• Lead recruitment onboarding training supervision performance evaluation corrective action and professional development for program leaders and staff.
• Monitor incidents complaints staff training documentation quality productivity financial records contract billing requirements and quality-assurance activities.
• Partner with senior leadership on annual budgeting resource planning operational forecasting and the responsible use of program resources.
• Build strong relationships with referral sources payers community providers recovery supports and other BHN programs to promote coordinated transitions and continuity of care.
• Evaluate program outcomes update policies and procedures support accreditation activities and represent BHN at community and provider meetings as needed.

Who You Are:

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelors degree in a clinical or human-services field preferred.
• Clinical licensure such as LADC I LICSW or LMHC preferred.
• At least five years of experience in human services required including a minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Experience leading substance-use treatment recovery residential or transitional-support services preferred.
• Working knowledge of Massachusetts DPH Bureau of Substance Addiction Services regulations and applicable licensing requirements.
• Commitment to individual empowerment human rights harm reduction person-centered trauma-informed care recovery and community integration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams manage program operations monitor performance and respond effectively to complex situations.
• Excellent verbal written organizational technological collaboration and conflict-resolution skills.
