The Program Director II Day Programming is a dynamic leadership role responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of day program operations. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality person-centered services that promote engagement independence and well-being for program participants. The Director will lead a team of dedicated staff manage operational resources and foster strong relationships with families community partners and regulatory agencies.
Pay: $31.15/ Hr

Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging person-centered programming tailored to participant needs and interests.
- Monitor program effectiveness and continuously improve service delivery.
- Oversee budgets contracts and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting systems.
- Recruit train and supervise program staff fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for families ensuring transparent communication and responsive support.
- Advocate for participant needs within the organization and broader community.
- Collaborate with government agencies community organizations and internal departments to enhance program visibility and impact.
- Represent the program in public forums and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Services Education Social Work or related field (Masters preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management preferably in day services or related settings.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and budget management.
- Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and advocate effectively.
- Commitment to person-centered practices and inclusive programming.
