About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Director / Health Plan Transformation Leader for an insurance client in Boston Massachusetts. This role leads a large-scale health plan transformation initiative including transition to a new carrier model Aetna-focused payer migration operational readiness governance go-live planning and post-implementation stabilization.
Responsibilities
Lead planning and execution of health plan transformation and payer migration initiatives
Coordinate operational readiness across claims enrollment eligibility and member services
Manage dual claims environments during legacy-to-future-state transition
Develop runbooks governance models transition playbooks and readiness frameworks
Partner with executive leadership vendors and cross-functional teams to manage risks and go-live execution
Requirements
MUST have Aetna experience in health plan transformation or payer migration programs
Minimum 10 years of healthcare operations payer transformation or health plan conversion experience required
Strong claims administration enrollment eligibility and member services experience required
