• Own scheduling registration and performance outcomes
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvements
• Drive revenue growth across both business lines

• Supervise and develop staff
• Create schedules and ensure proper coverage
• Provide coaching and performance feedback
• Interview hire onboard train and develop staff

• Generate and convert leads
• Build community partnerships
• Collaborate with marketing efforts

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in youth programming sports management recreation or event operations
• Experience in a leadership role with staff supervision and accountability
• Proven experience in customer service sales or program growth
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple operational priorities
• Entrepreneurial results-oriented mindset
• Schedule includes some evenings and weekends based upon class and party schedule
  
  

• Ability to move throughout the facility to supervise staff programs and events including standing and walking for extended periods
• Ability to occasionally lift or move equipment up to 50 pounds as needed to support operations

Lil Kickers is a nationwide soccer program rooted in child development theory for kids ages 18 months to 12 years old. Weekly classes are packed with fun and taught by dynamic coaches with a passion for kids. We focus on helping children build strong physical intellectual and emotional skills using the game of soccer. With more than 100 locations across the U.S. and Canada Lil Kickers has been a source of fun and individual growth for more thanparticipants over the past 20 years.
