Software Guidance & Assistance Inc. (SGA) is searching for a Program Coordinator Revenue Cycle for a Contract to hire assignment with one of our premier Healthcare clients in Weatherford TX. Fully remote (must be based in Texas)

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze revenue cycle reports especially denials and billing data to identify trends and performance gaps
  • Translate data into actionable insights and improvement opportunities
  • Lead discussions with departments to review findings and drive process improvements
  • Own and monitor key processes including automated workflows ensuring there are no gaps or breakdowns
  • Act as a watchdog over revenue cycle operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Support process improvement initiatives across billing denials and collections
  • Manage multiple projects and shift focus based on business needs
  • Partner with cross functional teams and report findings back to leadership
  • Analyzes coordinates and evaluates program operation and procedures.
  • Develops or oversees development of budget for program.
  • Develops cultivates and maintains working relationships with internal and external departments agencies and other organizations associated with and or receiving benefit from program.
  • Establishes program goals and objectives and directs program evaluation and quality control activities develops and or approves schedules priorities and standards for achieving goals.
  • Plans and coordinates special events. Participates in conferences. Presents data and program information.
  • Responsible for design execution and effectiveness of system of internal controls which provides reasonable assurance that operations are effective and efficient assets are safeguarded and financial information is reliable.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable laws regulations policies and procedures.
  • Leads literature and attends functions to keep abreast of relevant scientific and technical developments related to program.
  • May provide supervision to staff members.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Health Care Administration Education Social Science or related field
  • 5 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of revenue cycle
  • Experience in hospital setting
  • EPIC experience required
  • Experience with denials billing and collections
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Experience with process improvement and automation
  • Ability to manage processes end to end
  • Understanding of AI concepts in operations
  • Experience across full revenue cycle (billing through collections)
