This role ensures efficient program operations by coordinating scheduling documentation communication reporting and compliance activities in accordance with New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) Medicaid and agency Act Program Assistant Job Responsibilities:Provide administrative and clerical support to the multidisciplinary Youth ACT team ensuring efficient daily operations and coordination of program scheduling referrals communication meetings and administrative workflows while serving as a liaison with youth families providers and community accurate electronic health records documentation data tracking reporting and program files in compliance with OMH Medicaid HIPAA and agency reports correspondence spreadsheets and other administrative materials while supporting authorizations record requests incident reporting and information program operations through onboarding assistance supply management office organization technology utilization and participation in team meetings and administrative confidentiality adhere to agency policies and professional standards complete required trainings and perform other administrative duties as Act Program AssistantQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in Business Administration Human Services Healthcare Administration or a related field to two years of administrative healthcare behavioral health or human services experience; experience in community-based programs multidisciplinary teams or Youth ACT-related services CANS-NY certification (or ability to obtain) completion of required OMH Youth ACT trainings and knowledge of trauma-informed care crisis intervention and culturally responsive with electronic health records Microsoft Office scheduling and data management systems with knowledge of HIPAA Medicaid documentation and OMH requirements organizational communication time management problem-solving and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and New York State drivers license reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the community while utilizing office technology and electronic documentation :$50000 Annually#INDIHC4Liberty Resources is committed to creating a diverse inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
