Job Summary

What You Will Do:

  • Welcome individuals served and visitors and complete the intake process including demographic information and required documentation.
  • Enter and maintain accurate records in Carelogic Central Registry and Methasoft platforms.
  • Schedule intake diagnostics and appointments and alert clinical and nursing staff of admissions.
  • Scan and maintain intake and treatment documentation in the EHR document library.
  • Answer incoming calls coordinate referrals with clinical staff and collect payments/copayments as needed.

Who You Are:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • One year of prior administrative/secretarial support experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals recovering from substance use disorders and understand the sensitivities of the population served.

Pay Range: $22 - $25 per hour
