Professional Requirements

• 7 years of professional experience with demonstrated success in leadership education sales consulting healthcare human resources operations training coaching business development or another established professional field
  
• Strong professional presence with the ability to communicate clearly build trust and develop meaningful relationships
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead influence or create results without requiring significant external direction
  
• Demonstrated ability to create results solve problems develop relationships or positively influence people and outcomes
  
• An ownership mindset and willingness to take responsibility for your activity decisions and results
  
• Genuine interest in leadership personal development and human potential
  
• Entrepreneurial curiosity and a desire to create greater autonomy financial possibility or professional expansion outside a traditional employment structure
