DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n)Professional ERP Architecture

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business toestablisha standalone orthopedics company operatingasDePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation isanticipatedto be completed within 18 to24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview

This rolewill play a critical role in shaping and delivering scalable secure and integrated ERP solutions that support DePuy Synthes enterprise applications landscape.In thisroleyou willpartner closely with business and IT stakeholders to align ERP architecture with business processes enabling operational efficiency innovation and growth. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide technology direction and contribute to a modern connected digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Define and contribute to the overall ERP and enterprise application architecture ensuring alignment with business strategy and enterprise technology standards

Design and integrate ERP systems with other enterprise platforms ensuring compatibility across multiple systems technologies and data environments

Evaluate current systems and recommend improvements ornew technologysolutions to enhance business performance and efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable ERP architecture solutions

Lead and support system integration efforts ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability across applications and platforms

Ensure ERP solutions meet security compliance and performance standards for enterprise systems

Provide technical guidance and architectural direction to project teams and developers

Identifyopportunities toleverageemerging technologies tooptimizeERP capabilities and enterprise operations

Develop andmaintaindocumentation standards and architectural models for ERP systems

Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex system integration and performance issues

Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or related field

Masters degree or MBA preferred

Experience and Skills

Required:

Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and ERP systems (e.g. SAP or similar platforms)

Experience designing and integrating complex enterprise systems across multiple platforms

Demonstrated ability to solve system integration compatibility and performance challenges

Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Knowledge of enterprise data application and infrastructure architecture principles

Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills across business and IT teams

Ability to work independently and contribute to enterprise-level technical decisions

Preferred:

Experience with global ERP implementations or transformations

Familiarity with cloud-based ERParchitecturesand integration technologies

Knowledge of data architecture data integration and analytics ecosystems

Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or medical technology

Exposure to enterprise security compliance and governance frameworks

Experience influencing architecture standards and best practices across organizations

Travel:Up to 20% primarily domestic with occasional international travel

Certifications: ERP platform certifications (e.g. SAP) TOGAF or cloud certifications preferred

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
