• Defense of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in complex product liability matters
  

• National coordination of mass tort and multidistrict proceedings
  

• Litigation involving medical causation scientific evidence and expert testimony
  

• Representation of manufacturers in chemical automotive and other product-related disputes
  

• A broader practice encompassing consumer class actions and commercial disputes

• 36 years of law firm experience in business litigation product liability or both
  

• Hands-on experience taking depositions and appearing at court hearings

Compensation

Annual salary: $190000$220000 depending on experience.
