Job Summary

Production Worker III Bellevue WA. Contractor (pay-as-you-go).

Onsite. 90 days temp-to-perm; if hired candidate must join the onsite union.

Pay Rate: up to $30.00/hr without a Pasteurizers License; up to $34.00/hr with a Pasteurizers License.


Shifts (one of):

- Swing shift 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Monday-Friday

- Grave shift 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Sunday-Thursday

Candidates must be flexible for overtime if needed.

Responsibilities:

- Closely monitor the dairy production process and follow SOPs for batching and processing products

- Maintain communication with other departments management and employees; report problems that may restrict production efficiency

- Ensure all required information is documented per Federal State and Company laws/policies

- Monitor fats total solids allergens and related items in dairy processing

- Maintain sanitation of equipment (CIP & hand cleaning); operate and clean equipment to maximize throughput and minimize downtime

- Analyze process and equipment performance data to improve quality throughput and troubleshoot

- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and all required work-safe practices

- Responsible for food safety pre-requisite programs and food quality; report issues to management immediately

- Maintain 5S standards and comply with company GMP standards

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- With a Pasteurizers License: minimum 6-12 months operating pasteurization or dairy process equipment

- Without a Pasteurizers License: minimum 12 months operating pasteurization or dairy process equipment

- Ability to follow recipes measurements and instructions accurately

- Perform basic math (add subtract multiply divide)

- Physical stamina to stand/walk almost the entire workday and lift/move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)

- Previous experience with pallet jacks and forklift

- Attention to detail; good written and verbal communication; team-oriented; adaptable to a fast-paced environment; safety-focused
