About the Opportunity

Now hiring Production Workers to support operations. This site specializes in advanced metals processingtransforming tungsten and similar materials into ultra-hard powders used in industrial tooling mining equipment and high-performance components.

This is a hands-on industrial role in a fast-paced safety-focused environment with rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor processing equipment used in metal powder production
• Handle raw materials and finished product safely and efficiently
• Adjust machine settings to maintain production quality
• Inspect materials to ensure they meet specifications
• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment as needed
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines at all times

Work Environment

• Industrial manufacturing setting (heat noise dust possible)
• Shift-based schedule including early mornings and overnight hours
• PPE and safety procedures required at all times

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move for entire shift
• Ability to lift carry and move materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Comfortable working around machinery and in a production environment

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing warehouse or production experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Team player with a strong work ethic
