$20.00/hour
Night Shift
6:00 PM 6:00 AM
12-hour rotating schedule same EOWE schedule
$2.00/hour extra for applicable shifts
- Process pack band tag and/or prepare aluminum extrusions according to customer specifications and production requirements
- Operate stretching equipment according to order specifications
- Load aluminum logs using a crane or Combi-Lift
- Use measurement tools and visual inspection to verify product quality and identify damage
- Work closely with Press Saw and Packing team members to meet productivity and production goals
- Follow work instructions safety procedures and PPE requirements
- No formal education or previous experience required
- Manufacturing experience is an asset
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Basic computer skills including the ability to navigate SCS and AS400 systems
- Ability to read and use a tape measure
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to recognize quality issues and potential hazards
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to receive and respond positively to constructive feedback
- Ability to work a full 12-hour shift
- Ability to work in both hot and cold conditions
- Ability to perform physically demanding work including standing walking lifting pushing pulling and repetitive movements
