The ProductionTechnician is responsible for operating monitoring and maintaining automated welding cells to ensure consistent high-quality welds across production runs. This role combines hands-on fabrication skills with basic robot programming/teaching equipment troubleshooting and quality inspection. Operators ensure the weld cell runs safely efficiently and within defined process parameters

• Load/Unload parts fixtures and tooling in a robotic welding cell.
• Interface with operating software to effectively run the necessary parts.
• Verify correct part orientation clamping and fixturing.
• Collect and annotate data (e.g. imagery sensor readings 3D scans or operational logs).
• Monitor system performance and report hardware software or network issues.
• Ensure data quality and integrity verifying that all required parameters are captured.
• Collaborate with engineering to optimize collection protocols.
• Maintain operational logs and safety compliance during remote or autonomous operation.

• Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness proficiency with control interfaces problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness during remote operations.
• Ability to work in a team of engineers and operators under structured protocols.
