About the Role
Are you someone who enjoys staying active keeping things organized and helping a team succeed As a Utility Aide youll play a vital role in supporting our wax molding and assembly operations. No two days are exactly the same. Youll work across multiple areas ensure materials and components are where they need to be and help keep production running smoothly from start to finish.
This is a great opportunity for someone who likes hands-on work enjoys learning new skills and wants to gain experience in a manufacturing environment with opportunities for cross-training and growth.
- Keep production teams supplied with the materials and components they need
- Stage parts and assembly components for manufacturing operations
- Operate and maintain leach tanks and dip seal equipment
- Wash and prepare wax patterns for production
- Stage and prepare assembly frames for processing
- Receive organize inventory and replenish materials and supplies
- Perform light assembly and molding tasks as needed
- Assist with basic data entry and production documentation
- Maintain tools equipment and work areas
- Help create and update simple work instructions
- Support a clean organized and safe work environment
- Contribute to a variety of projects and team needs throughout the department
- Eager to learn and take on new challenges
- Flexible and willing to help wherever needed
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive team player with good communication skills
- Comfortable following written and verbal instructions

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to read write stand climb stoop and reach to perform job functions. Ability to lift and or maneuver objects weighing up to 35 pounds. Ability to use computers and office machines. Ability to follow written and oral instruction. Ability to work in conditions which may include exposure to noise dust chemicals and varying temperatures.
