Production Support Engineer – JavaSQL

• Provide production support for Trade Operations technology applications.
• Investigate troubleshoot and resolve application and data issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution across teams.
• Work closely with business users developers vendors and custodians.
• Act as the primary coordinator during production incidents.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve support processes and operational efficiency.

• Strong Java and SQL skills.
• Understanding of application support debugging and problem-solving techniques.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled engineering tools and practices.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• AWS.
• JavaScript and/or React.
• Exposure to Financial Services or Capital Markets.

• Strong ownership mindset and accountability.
• Passion for problem solving and continuous learning.
• Ability to remain calm and lead during production incidents.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Team player with a customer-first attitude.

Pay Range: $80000 - $100000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
