Production Supervisor

In this role you will be working as a Production Supervisor for a client that works in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for all aspects of supervising a production floor in order for products to be manufactured efficiently.

This is a contract to possible permanent role that is a long term need for my client. This position must be worked on site.

Pay; 65000-$75000/Yr.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree in Applied Management Electrical Technology Operations Management required - Bachelors Degree in Engineering Operations Management preferred
• 2 years of experience as a lead or supervisor in manufacturing production logistics
• 3-5 years of experience in a heavy industrial equipment manufacturing environment
• Supervisory experience - able to interview hire and retain employees
• Manage direct and coordinate production employees in accordance with companys policies
• Schedule jobs and consistent maintain production schedules
• Maintain quality standards
• Maintan stock equipment levels
