Hours: 6:45 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct supervision of daily operations including staffing quality control safety requirements and prevention and schedule adherence.

• Lead by example to achieve safety quality service cost and production targets while identifying and suggesting improvements.

• Hold the team accountable to procedures expectations and conduct standards through recognition and respectful correction.

• Enable process improvements using safety and continuous improvement techniques.

• Mentor Lead Operators for escalations and workload management.

• Ensure strong employee relations through professional engagement and consistent floor visibility.

• Conduct administrative tasks including shift reporting and audits time and attendance safety employee relations and performance activities.

• Manage training qualification proficiency and performance across the team.

• Build an excellent team environment through pre-shift meetings and employee voice.

• Promote company programs including Shared Success 5S safety audits training and the employee value proposition.

• Monitor and drive KPIs including productivity scrap labor utilization on-time delivery OEE complaints TRIR and OSHA performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; higher education or certification is desired.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in 24/7 plant operations.

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience.

• Proven track record of leading training and coaching direct reports.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP or SAP experience is a plus.

• Strong manufacturing experience focused on safety quality cost productivity and delivery.

• Physical requirements include working in plant warehouse and office environments; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; exposure to weather and noise; and use of required PPE.

Our Offer:
The compensation for this position typically ranges from $80000 to $90000 annually.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills experience geographical location and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
