Production Supervisor (Nights) Iconex

Shift hours: 12 Hour Rotating Night Shift

Your Impact

As a Labels Production Supervisor at Iconex you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and delivering high-quality labeling and tracking solutions for our customers. You will lead a production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment ensuring safety efficiency and continuous improvement in every step of the process. Your leadership will directly influence employee engagement performance and customer satisfaction.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Lead daily production operations by monitoring performance setting priorities and achieving safety quality and delivery goals
• Assign work organize workflow and ensure your team has the training and tools needed to succeed
• Provide coaching counseling and recognition to build a motivated empowered and high-performing team
• Oversee hiring onboarding and development of production staff in both direct and indirect labor roles
• Promote a safe clean and compliant work environment through 5S practices and adherence to company policies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate pre-press activities manage rush orders and resolve work order conflicts
• Drive process improvements using Lean Manufacturing principles to maximize efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives

Youll Bring:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of production processes safety standards and workforce management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook; Lean Manufacturing experience preferred
• Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills with a passion for developing people
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while meeting cost quality and delivery targets
