Position Summary
Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring for the Production Supervisor role on behalf of its client a leading manufacturer of architectural aluminum products and systems for the commercial construction industry. Production Supervisors lead hourly production teams on a 12-hour night shift following a 2-3-2 rotating schedule over a two-week cycle which provides every other weekend off and a built-in three-day mid-week break every other week. Employees work 36 hours and are paid for 40 with overtime paid for weeks worked over 40 hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing industrial farming or military environment.
- Preferred: associate or bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
- Preferred: supervisory experience in a unionized environment.
Compensation: Base salary of $80000 to $92000 commensurate with experience.
Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
