Production Supervisor

Job Summary

Lead and supervise 2nd shift production teams to meet daily production plans quality targets and safety standards.

Enforce standardized work including Quality Management System and SOPs to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory compliance.

Monitor production performance throughput and scrap/percent yield; drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to federal and state legal regulations.

Champion safety by modeling behavior conducting regular risk assessments coaching safe work practices and leading incident investigations.

Communicate effectively with cross functional teams to resolve issues promptly.

Control expenses by gathering and submitting budget information monitoring variances and implementing corrective actions.

Maintain payroll records through ADP for responsible departments.

Candidate Profile: Qualifications / Technical Skills

3-5 years in manufacturing supervision preferably consumer products with exposure to safety and quality systems.

Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills ; ability to effectively prepare and deliver reports and presentations.

Ability to lead and function in a team environment while effectively communicating across various levels of the organization.

Proven leadership and people management skills ability to coach mentor and motivate teams.

Data driven mindset : experience with KPIs root cause analysis and problem-solving.

Excellent communication organization and conflict-resolution abilities.

Problem-solving and decision-making capable of prioritizing multiple tasks
