Production Supervisor
Work Arrangement: On-site Monday Thursday 12:00 p.m. 10:30 p.m. Just West of Plymouth in MedinaCompensation
Role Overview
The Production Supervisor leads daily assembly operations by developing people improving processes and delivering safe high-quality on-time production. This role builds an engaged accountable team while ensuring operational goals are met for safety quality delivery productivity and cost.Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily assembly operations to deliver safe high-quality one-time production.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety quality delivery productivity and cost.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives.
- Monitor production KPIs and performance.
- Collaborate across Production Engineering Quality Maintenance Planning and Supply Chain.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education preferred.
- Four or more years of manufacturing experience.
- Two or more years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
