Potential salary range for this role is $90k-$100k. Actual pay will be determined based on experience qualifications geographic location and other job-related factors permitted by youll do: Complies with Viant Values emphasizing safety quality standards and adherence to policies and procedures. Provides guidance with the resolution of technical and production issues to ensure that weekly schedules are completed in alignment with Company and Customer expectations. Develops and oversees the synchronization of products or production lines with the master production schedule and material planning to achieve production objectives. Establishes and monitors departmental performance metrics including visual controls and provides regular updates on that work orders are accurately closed in Oracle and that data integrity is team members in a manner that promotes a safe working environment and encourages a self-directed team leadership to team members in various aspects including recruitment performance management coaching counseling and implementing corrective actions. Maintains ongoing communication regarding production facility and team member achievements and communication coordination and conflict resolution within and between work groups. Fosters a culture of diversity inclusion open communication and trust creating opportunities for training and professional development. Remain adaptable to the business needs and undertake additional responsibilities as required. Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing Methodologies:Assist in analyzing production and related processes offering recommendations for enhancements and organizing process improvement initiatives through the applicationCollaborates with Engineers to analyze production and related processes providing recommendations for improvements and organizing process enhancement activitiesIdentifies organizes and/or delivers training to ensure a safe efficient and high-quality work environment focusing on continuous improvementEncourages an environment of inclusion open communication and trust to support team development and enhance associate engagement.
