Production Supervisor (2nd shift)Position SummaryThe Production Supervisor is responsible for leading manufacturing activities to ensure safe efficient and compliant operations. This role oversees production performance and team execution to support product quality operational readiness and continuous workflow. The supervisor ensures that production goals are achieved while maintaining a clean organized and audit-ready ResponsibilitiesOversee production adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety with maintenance to resolve equipment issues and minimize and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including production output downtime and coach and develop team members providing direction training and performance feedbackEnforce company policies safety procedures and attendance standardsSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity reduce waste and improve overall plant performanceResponsible for supervising and leading a unionized workforce in accordance with collective bargaining agreements and company accurate production records to support compliance and audit requirementsPerform other duties as assigned by your manager/supervisorQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing food/beverage or related of GMPs food safety standards and OSHA leadership problem-solving and communication to work a flexible EnvironmentManufacturing/plant environment with exposure to noise machinery and cleaning standing walking and occasional lifting.
