Monday Thursday
- Days:6:00am 4:00pm
- Lead and support production operations ensuring employees and supervisors have the resources guidance and accountability needed to achieve operational goals.
- Manage supervisor performance through regular feedback development planning and alignment with departmental objectives and business priorities.
- Drive efficient production by optimizing workflow workforce utilization and scheduling practices to meet customer demand while controlling costs.
- Foster a culture of engagement continuous improvement and operational excellence through effective communication problem-solving and talent development.
- Champion workplace safety product quality and operational performance by monitoring key metrics identifying opportunities and implementing sustainable improvements.
- 5 years of Manufacturing Management experience.
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field(s) preferred.
- Previous experience with lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong Leadership Competencies including relationship building alignment development of others strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset.
