This position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to generate a detailed production schedule based on the production plan to maximize the use of resources and meet established production specifications and schedules. Each day you will feed information on production capacity issues and material availability. You will also showcase your expertise by releasing manufacturing work orders.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in Pinetops NC.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Generating detailed production schedules to maximize the use of resources and meet production specifications and schedules.

• Establishing the sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipment datesin line withthe master plan.

• Monitoring performance identifying root causesof anydeviationsand implementing relevant improvements.

• AssistingProduction Planners with clear communication of any production capacity issues and details of material availability.

Qualifications for the role

• Ahigh school diploma is required.

• 2years of experience inproduction controlworking asProduction Scheduler.

• Demonstrated experience working on a production line. (Supervisory experience is an advantage.)

• Knowledge ofMicrosoft Office SAP is preferred.

• A collaborativesolution-focusedapproach andstrong written and spoken communication skills.

• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
