Job Summary
The Manufacturing Scheduler is responsible for planning coordinating and optimizing production schedules to ensure efficient manufacturing operations while meeting customer requirements regulatory standards and business objectives. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to balance production priorities maximize resource utilization and maintain schedule accuracy in a GMP/cGMP manufacturing environment.
Shift: Mon. - Fri. 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Key Responsibilities
- Develop validate and communicate production and shipment plans that align with business objectives and customer demand.
- Balance inventory levels production capacity and customer delivery requirements to optimize supply chain performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing Sales Finance Manufacturing R&D Logistics Customer Service and external business partners to support planning activities.
- Utilize enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to manage inventory scheduling supplier coordination workflow management and planning processes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers contract manufacturers (CMs) and original design manufacturers (ODMs).
- Lead or support new product introductions (NPI) product transfers and supply chain setup activities.
- Ensure appropriate material availability labor resources and test capacity are in place to support production requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to improve inventory performance and supply continuity.
- Support global or multi-site inventory management activities as required.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop factory support processes for indirect sales channels and worldwide customer escalations.
- Identify supply chain risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead and contribute to complex projects and strategic initiatives that impact business performance.
Qualifications
Required Education
- Bachelors or masters degree in supply chain management Operations Business Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Relevant certifications may be beneficial and/or required depending on business needs.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in production planning supply chain planning operations manufacturing or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience working with ERP systems and advanced planning processes.
- Strong understanding of inventory management production scheduling material planning and supply chain operations.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external manufacturing partners.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex and fast-paced environment.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least September 17 2026 or until the job is no longer posted.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $103200.00 - $161250.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
