The company is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Production Planner who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys solving complex production scheduling and supply chain challenges. The core responsibilities of this role will include production and material planning ERP and data management and cross-functional collaboration.
The Production Planner will develop and maintain production schedules that align with customer demand inventory targets and manufacturing capacity. This individual will also ensure materials are available when needed optimize production resources and help drive on-time delivery of customer orders. The ideal candidate will have strong ERP expertise excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to use data to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and material flow.
- Experience working within ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with demand planning and inventory optimization.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in firearms aerospace automotive or other highly regulated manufacturing industries.
- APICS/ASCM CPIM certification or similar supply chain certification.
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Operations Management Business Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of production planning scheduling or manufacturing operations experience.
