Position Overview

As a ProductionPlanner you will manage the flow of all materials and components through the business. You will ensure the production team has work in their queue the correct priorities and a clear path to build without blockers. This role requiresa strong teamplayer who can work across functional groups to achieve company-wide goals in a rapid-growth environment.

This is an onsite position. You will initially work from the current facility in Austin and will transition to our new Pflugerville TX location upon completion of the facility move anticipated in Q3/Q4 2026.

What Youll Do:

  • Create production plans that translate sales/forecaststo a production plan that the procurement team can execute against.

  • Release work orders to Production and kit requests to Inventory.

  • Create visibility of material positions using line-of-balance shortage and clear-to-build reports.

  • Support prioritization andexpeditesubassemblies to support integration timelines.

  • Update demand to accommodate engineering change orders and communicate changes to procurement

What Youll Need:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering business supply chain or a relevant field.

  • 2 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing support

  • Proficiencyin MRP and ERP systems as well as MS Office (Excel)basicmath and statistics.

  • Proven ability to conduct clear-to-build reviews andexpeditematerials through production.

  • Experience in aerospace automotive or other disruptive manufacturing industries.

  • Experience with AS9100 or US export controls is a plus.
