Production Operator

Location: Stratford CT

Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: 12-Hour Days 6 Days per Week
Schedule Begins: Mid-October through the End of the Year

We are hiring Production Operators for a busy manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a production setting and take pride in producing quality work.

The position is 1st shift with the schedule expected to increase to 12-hour days 6 days per week beginning in mid-October through the end of the year.

• Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures
• Monitor the production process and ensure products meet quality standards
• Perform production assembly packaging labeling and other tasks as assigned
• Inspect finished products for accuracy quality and defects
• Load and move materials throughout the production area
• Follow work instructions safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete production paperwork and documentation as required
• Meet daily production and quality expectations
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to keep production moving efficiently
• Report equipment issues quality concerns or production problems to the appropriate supervisor

• Previous manufacturing production warehouse or industrial experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Available to work 1st shift and 12-hour days 6 days per week
• Comfortable standing walking bending reaching and lifting throughout the shift
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
• Commitment to safety and quality
