Hiring 2nd Shift 2pm -12:30am

Pay: $22.69 hourly .95 shift differential

*Will train on 1st.4:00AM-2:30PM for a minimum of 6-weeks.

As aProduction Operatoryou will be a crucial part of our operations ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect peoples lives!

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret paint formulation specifications and production orders.

• Measure and weigh raw materials accurately according to established recipes.

• Operate mixing equipment including mixers mills and pumps to produce paint batches.

• Document all batch production processes and quality control results accurately.

• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment always.

• Actively communicate with supervisors and team members regarding batch status issues or deviations.

• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) safety protocols and company policies without exception.

Physical requirements:Stand for long periods of time. Ability to navigate stairs bend reach.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials or equipment often weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Endurance to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks without fatigue.

• Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery requiring good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.

• Ability to manipulate small parts and components accurately.

• Capability to move around the production area which may involve bending stooping and reaching.

• Ability to navigate equipment and workspaces safely.

• Good coordination to operate machinery and perform tasks that require simultaneous use of hands and feet.

• Ability to work in various environmental conditions such as heat cold or humidity depending on the manufacturing setting.

• Understanding of safety protocols and the ability to respond to emergency situations which may require quick physical responses

• While not strictly physical the ability to work collaboratively with others and communicate effectively is essential in a batch-making environment.
