Production Operator 2nd Shift

Volt is immediately hiring forProduction Operator- Food Manufacturingfor a company located in Compton CA.

As a Production Operatoryou will:

• Must be able to safely work with automated industrial equipment including operation change over and basic maintenance.
• Help mixing ingredients in vats
• Packaging final products.
• Report all food safety and quality issues to immediate Supervisor and / Quality technician. Immediately report any safety issues to the supervisor maintenance or management.
• Responsible for the overall safety quality and efficiency of their work center
• Comply with all company SOPs (specific SOPs particular for Job) GMPs and SQF (specify regulations)
• Frequent pushing or pulling of material and/or equipment. Frequent standing and walking

This is a full-time opportunity.

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 12:00PM-8:30PM

The ideal candidate will have:

• Maintain a neat and sanitary work area at all times ( refer to pictures or additional details)
• Able to work in a hot environment
• Lift up to 50lbs

Pay Rate: 19.95Hourly
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
