Your Role
As Production Manager youll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential. Your scope includes:
Lead and develop the production team.
Promote a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement.
Oversee production scheduling and workflow planning.
Optimize resources to meet production targets.
Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
Implement and enforce workplace safety procedures.
Monitor production costs and identify savings opportunities.
Track key performance indicators and report results.
Provide coaching training and development opportunities.
Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and best practices.
What you bring
Youre a natural fit for Production Manager if you have:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Industrial Technology or a related technical field.
5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong team-building and people development skills.
A collaborative leadership style that engages employees.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.

Establish and apply standardproduction practices and procedures to achieve your units objectives

Implement processes and tools to foster a culture of continuous improvement within your sector
Ensure that conditions are in place for constant communication with employees (floor rounds logbooks etc.)
Actively participate in the creation and implementation of optimization and investment projects
Help to make your business units strategic plan
Ensure healthy working relationships and provide active listening to employees
Extensive supervisory experience in the manufacturing sector
Leadership and a collaborative spirit that inspire and engage teams to achieve excellence
Ability to deal with change and to propose favourable adaptation conditions
Ability to guide and coach team members
Sound judgment to ensure follow-up and effective implementation of solutions in accordance with company priorities and to make appropriate decisions
Ability to carry out a number of projects simultaneously while respecting deadlines and priorities
Ability to manage ambiguous and complex situations
Strong communication skills tact and diplomacy
Excellent ability to build and support a customer-focused culture based on a people-centred approach
Agility needed to work with various technological tools
Proficiency in written and spoken French and basic knowledge of English
