Production Line Lead 1st Shift

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday - Thursday Fridays as needed.

What Youll Do

As a Line Lead you will support employees on the production floor keep workflow on track and help ensure safety quality and production goals are met each shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead coach and support production employees during the shift.
• Keep production moving safely efficiently and according to quality standards.
• Monitor workflow staffing needs changeovers and shift transitions.
• Reinforce food safety sanitation GMP and workplace safety expectations.
• Help troubleshoot production issues and communicate updates to supervisors.
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
• Support continuous improvement reduce waste and help minimize downtime.

What Were Looking For

The ideal candidate is dependable safety-minded and comfortable leading a team in a manufacturing environment. Food production experience is helpful but strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills are most important.

• High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience preferably in food production.
• Previous lead leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication coaching teamwork basic math and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read production documents follow specifications and work overtime or weekends as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand walk bend squat and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a production environment with varying temperatures equipment noise and required safety gear.
