Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain the production scheduling board in an organized manner ensuring jobs are sorted accurately by color and production date.
  • Verify and match job cards with corresponding cut work prior to release to production.
  • Load buggies and carts in the correct production sequence to support scheduled run order requirements.
  • Deliver carts and materials to assigned production lines according to the scheduling board and Trello system requirements.
  • Ensure all materials are properly organized and staged for efficient line startup and continuous workflow.
  • Monitor material movement to reduce delays misplacement or production interruptions.
  • re-ordering in Trello for he rolls of material at the recut area
  • Communicate with supervisors and production personnel regarding scheduling changes or material shortages.
  • Follow company quality procedures safety policies and production standards.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 5S and workplace safety practices.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to production flow and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a sewing or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Basic understanding of production scheduling and material handling processes.
  • Ability to read and match job cards work orders and production documents accurately.
  • Familiarity with Trello or similar production tracking systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
  • Ability to lift push or pull carts and materials up to company-established limits.
  • Ability to bend reach and move materials throughout the production area safely.

Work Environment

  • Manufacturing and sewing production facility environment.
  • Exposure to moving equipment carts and standard production noise levels.
  • Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as applicable.
