Production Coordinator Team Leader

• Coordinate and support technical production for weekend services rehearsals special services conferences ministry events and other church gatherings including audio video lighting livestream presentation systems staging and related technologies.
• Partner with pastors worship leaders creative teams and ministry leaders to understand service plans production needs transitions media cues and technical requirements.
• Prepare and review production elements in service planning systems including run-of-show details production notes volunteer assignments media cues lyrics slides videos and other service elements.
• Assist with setup soundcheck rehearsals live execution troubleshooting and post-service reset or teardown to ensure production environments are organized safe and ready for use.
• Operate production positions as needed including audio lighting video switching cameras livestream presentation software stage management or other assigned technical roles.

• Assist with production planning meetings service preparation event coordination volunteer scheduling and communication with ministry teams.
• Use church systems and planning tools to maintain accurate service plans production assignments technical notes and communication with staff and volunteers.
• Coordinate production support for ministry departments weddings funerals rentals conferences seasonal services and other approved events as assigned.
• Support production-related purchasing vendor communication budget awareness equipment tracking and resource stewardship as directed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree in media production audio engineering technical theatre ministry communications or a related field preferred.
• 13 years of experience in church production live events technical media audio video lighting livestream or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated experience serving with or leading volunteer teams.
• Experience working in a church worship live event school production theatre broadcast or similar environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of live audio video lighting livestreaming presentation software stage setup service plans and production workflows.
• Experience coordinating production for weekend worship services rehearsals seasonal services conferences funerals weddings or special events.
• Experience using Planning Center ProPresenter livestream platforms digital audio consoles lighting consoles video switchers cameras encoders and related production tools.
• Experience recruiting training scheduling and supporting production volunteers.
• Experience maintaining equipment inventories troubleshooting technical systems documenting workflows and supporting repairs or upgrades.
• Experience supporting multiple ministry areas or venues with consistent production standards preferred.

• Live worship and event production practices including audio video lighting livestreaming presentation systems staging service flow and stage management.
• Setup operation troubleshooting care organization and basic maintenance of production equipment and systems.
• Service planning tools production notes volunteer scheduling rehearsals soundcheck run-of-show preparation and event communication.
• Volunteer recruitment training scheduling coaching encouragement development and retention.
• Safe work practices for production environments including cable management equipment handling storage and appropriate use of ladders or lifts when authorized.
• Copyright licensing and appropriate use of music images video lyrics and recorded or streamed content.
• Current trends and best practices in church production livestreaming AVL systems worship technology and volunteer team development.

• The noise level varies from low to moderate; worship services and production environments may involve elevated noise levels.
• Work may involve extended periods of computer use and time in production environments.

• This is a full-time exempt role; hours will vary based on ministry needs weekend services special events and project schedules.
• Regular schedule includes evenings and weekends to accommodate weekend services rehearsals events and production needs.
• Flexibility is required for seasonal ministry events special services conferences and other major church initiatives.
