Production Coordinator I

Job Summary: To ensure that the finished product leaving the company meets the requirements of the customer as defined by the customers purchase order scope of work or special instructions. The Production Coordinator I will perform administrative functions pertaining to the operation of the company and the safety of company Duties & Responsibilities: Data entry for service work and engineered product with attention to detail and timely execution Coordinate field service ensuring that technicians assigned have proper credentials to enter customer sites including scheduling Safety Council training Input purchase orders for materials required to complete orders and issue POs to vendors Routinely communicate with vendors to monitor delivery dates Communicate with the customer any unforeseen delays or issues with the field service order Confirm terms & conditions on the customers PO matches the sales order to ensure accurate billing Release appropriate lines for invoicing and attach proof of delivery to sales order Process invoices and distribute them via mail email or customer portal Enter Field Service Report hours into ADP daily Enter hours onto Field Service Man Hour Tracking Spreadsheet Approve time for all technicians and temps on ADP for each pay period Update Contract Labor report weekly and send to corporate Perform other administrative duties as requiredPositional Requirements & Qualifications: Education & Experience:o HS Education or GED equivalento Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts receivable principles Skills & Abilities:o Successful completion of Channel Connect Valve University 1 2 and 3 for assigned product vertical(s)o Successful completion of shop orientation hours for assigned product vertical(s)o Demonstrate understanding and compliance with all applicable quality standardization procedureso Successful completion of Technical 101 training for assigned product vertical(s)o Successful completion of the Customer Service Soft Skills training classo Successful completion of the Production Coordinator I learning path in LinkedIn Learningo Successful completion of the level I written test for assigned product vertical(s)o Oracle competencyo Effective time-managemento Detail-orientedo Self-Motivatedo Highly organizedMust be able to travel and have a clear driving record in accordance to company driving guidelinesClear background check and drug/alcohol screeningEssential Physical Functions:Travel: less than 5%Lifting up to 20 poundsBending stooping walking
