Production Associate

Staff Management Group is seeking a Production Associate for our client in Somerset NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 3rd Shift: 7PM - 7AM

Pay Rate:

• $17 / hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates to support daily warehouse and production operations by packing customer orders stacking Styrofoam boxes and preparing pallets for shipment. This role requires working in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining accuracy productivity and safety standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in warm conditions can adapt to changing production schedules and is committed to supporting team goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Stack Styrofoam boxes weighing up to 15 lbs.
• Move completed boxes onto pallets for shipment
• Verify product counts and read order numbers accurately
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
• Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to lift and stack boxes weighing up to 15 lbs. and accurately read numbers
• Comfortable working in a hot production environment and flexible to move to 1st shift if needed
• Must be available to work weekends as required
• Work boots (steel-toe preferred) are required
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
