Job Summary

The Production Associate will operate all packaging equipment to manufacture high quality finished lubricant products in a safe efficient and environmentally responsible manner. Typical working conditions include blowing air heat noise vibration and occasionally working from heights and confined spaces. Operators must follow safe work practices including the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). In addition Operators perform various duties required to keep their assigned processing unit/area operating safely and at specified production/run rates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and safely operating all production equipment.
  • Forklift experience Required (Certification is not required)
  • Manufacturing product according to scheduling requirements and customer needs.
  • Operating equipment that will be filling a variety of containers from 4oz to 55 gallon containers placing them in cases to be stacked or directly on pallets so they may be stacked or staged for customer needs.
  • Operating adjusting and monitoring production process to achieve optimum efficiency.
  • Accurately accounting for all finished product produced and raw materials consumed.
  • Performing and documenting all quality checks to ensure finished product is being manufactured as specified at all times.
  • Physically and visually inspecting raw materials such as containers and alerting personnel regarding defects.
  • Assuring compliance with all Company policies and Heath Safety Environmental Quality (HSEQ) procedures and training requirements.
  • Stacking the inspected and filled cases onto a pallet and ensuring the case is sealed dated and labeled as needed correctly.
