You will perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly to help the team meet production targets and quality standards. You will work onsite on a first shift schedule (MondayFriday 5:00am1:30pm) and collaborate with production leads and quality inspectors to deliver compliant assemblies.

• Perform routine assembly of small parts or components following documented instructions and procedures
• Review shop traveler/route cards or simple schematic drawings to confirm sequence of operations
• Position very small parts under a binocular microscope using tweezers or fixtures
• Adjust bend align and solder fine wires to resistors and base parts
• Bond or seal parts or assemblies with epoxies and use heating elements or ovens as required
• Perform in-process testing and follow all safety policies and procedures
• Maintain regular consistent and punctual attendance; support variable schedules or additional hours when necessary

• 6 months2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to follow basic directions and learn/cross-train
• Blueprint reading ability
• Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for working with small parts
• Ability to operate a variety of hand tools and light machinery
• Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret safety rules operating/manufacturing instructions policies and procedures
• Vocational training apprenticeship or equivalent related experience

• Some tool knowledge
• Familiarity with high-pressure environments

$16.00 - $20.00/hour
