For the latest news visit Product Testing Manager will lead the end-to-end testing and validation of next-generation smart devices (smartphones tablets and wearables) to secure critical wireless carrier approvals ahead of this highly cross-functional role you will champion launch readiness by authoring and driving the Master Launch Checklist keeping product management supply chain packaging and sales teams perfectly aligned for on-time market entry. As the primary technical and operational bridge you will run weekly carrier alignment sessions to track testing schedules proactively mitigate launch risks and rapidly resolve complex technical issues. To excel you should bring at least 4 to 6 years of experience in product development testing or program management within the telecom sector combined with a strong understanding of consumer mobile ecosystems. Ideally you pair this launch expertise with deep technical acumen in modern wireless standardsincluding 5G NR LTE IMS and eSIMand a proven track record of navigating complex partnerships to bring consumer hardware smoothly from development to mass commercial release.

Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Engineering Management Business Information Technology Business Administration Sales Operations management or a related field.
- Masters degree preferred.
- 6 years of experience with a Bachelors degree or 4 years of experience with a Masters degree.
- Related work experience in Product Testing Product Engineering Business Planning Product Development or Consulting
- Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience within telecom sector and related wireless ecosystem (hardware OS/software app developers service providers carrier softwareetc ).
- Must have an understanding of consumer mobile products (smartphone tablet and/or wearables).
- Demonstrated success in managing product launch testing and successfully meeting key deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Telecommunications Technical Acumen:Possess a deep technical understanding of modern wireless standards network protocols and mobile technologies including5G NR LTE VoLTE VoNR IMS eSIM architectures andTCP/IP.
- Launch Program Management Experience:5 years of hands-on experience driving hardware and software product launches specifically bringing consumer electronics or smartphone devices from New Product Introduction (NPI) phases through mass production and commercial release.
- Strategic Partner & Relationship Management:Proven ability to manage influence and navigate complex relationships with both internal cross-functional teams and key external partners (e.g. carrier engineering teams test labs sales teams etc).
