Work Location: Onsite in Englewood CO
Duration: 12 months
Terms: W2 Contract
Work Authorization: US Citizen; must have the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance

Responsibilities:
- As a Product Support Engineer you will be learning to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our product and system prototypes.
- Youll assist with assessing our customer needs and determining the most appropriate technical solution for concept and prototype products and systems.
- Your technical responsibilities include the support of product installation testing error/defect detection and correction and coordinating the appropriate corrective action with engineers and operators.
- Exposure to wireless networks tactical communications and personal computers.
- Communication and customer interface skills.
- Familiarity with system level maintenance of networks and communications systems.
- Bachelors degree in a related field of study or typically 0-2 or more years of related experience.
- Working knowledge of operating military units and logistics.
- Familiarity with the network and integration of traditional communications systems and sensors.
- Ability to read schematics use service manuals follow test procedures and use logical trouble shooting techniques.
- Experience with RF vehicle installation and maintenance procedures.
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry Government or US Military.
- Leadership experience in the military or civilian organization.
