- Monitor market needs customer requirements and industry trends across assigned product lines
- Track regulatory and code changes (DOE EPA ASHRAE UL AHRI and similar bodies) and assess impact on current and future products
- Research and maintain a working view of the competitive landscape including product specifications positioning and pricing
- Support development and maintenance of the product roadmap under the direction of senior product management
- Translate market and regulatory inputs into clear product requirements for engineering
- Partner with engineering marketing and sales to gather input on feature and platform decisions
- Prepare market and competitive analysis materials for internal reviews and leadership updates
- Support business case development for new product initiatives including cost and volume assumptions
- Coordinate with Korea HQ counterparts on product planning specifications and timing
- Assist with go-to-market planning and cross-functional launch coordination
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or related engineering discipline
- 04 years of experience in product management product development or applications engineering; HVAC industry experience a plus
- Bilingual in Korean and English preferred both written and verbal sufficient for technical and business discussions
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems and components or a strong technical aptitude to build that knowledge quickly
- Ability to read and interpret regulatory and standards documentation
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable synthesizing market technical and financial information into a clear recommendation
- Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint andWord;
- Clear written and verbal communication skills across technical and business audiences
- Willingness to travel domestically and to Korea as needed (estimated 1015%)

$75000 - $101000 USD
