Join TeamViewers Remote Support Access & Control domain as a technically grounded Product Owner. You will shape secure reliable and intuitive remote support experiencesfrom Remote Control and in-session workflows to client platforms performance product quality and emerging agentic remote support capabilities.

You will turn customer needs product strategy data signals and technical insights into a focused backlog. You will make day-to-day product decisions align stakeholders and help agile teams deliver customer value with clarity speed and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog balancing customer needs business goals technical requirements and delivery capacity.

  • Translate customer business and technical insights into clear requirements user stories and sprint-ready work.

  • Partner with Product Engineering UX and QA to deliver high-quality solutions through agile development practices.

  • Drive the evolution of Remote Support Remote Access and AI-powered support experiences including automation and agentic workflows.

  • Define success metrics and use product data customer feedback and operational insights to improve adoption quality reliability and customer satisfaction.

  • Align stakeholders across the organization on priorities trade-offs roadmap execution and release readiness.

Requirements
  • 3 years experience as a Product Owner Product Manager Business Analyst or similar role within agile software development.

  • Strong experience managing backlogs defining requirements prioritizing work and driving cross-functional delivery.

  • Ability to translate customer needs business objectives and technical concepts into actionable product requirements.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered products workflow automation or agentic experiences including responsible AI considerations.

  • Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with SaaS enterprise software remote support IT operations security or related technology domains.
