Millimans Seattle healthcare practice provides consulting services to clients in the healthcare industry including health plans government payers providers and reinsurers. We are looking for a ProductOperations Specialistto develop and improve upon existing software management processes.

What You Will Do
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Supportthe development maintenance and distribution ofhealthcare financial and analytic software products
- Communicate with account managers and subject matter experts to coordinate customer communicationdistributeand apply new releases gather feedback and update the product roadmap
- Improve upon existing software product support processes by supporting:
- New client onboarding
- Managing software distribution: newrelease distribution includingdeployment and upgradesforboth stand-alone and cloud
- Invoicing and billing processes for software products
- Support product growth operations by:
- Maintaining clean product-related account and contact data in Dynamics;
- Loading categorizing and updating contacts from webinars conferences website inquiries LinkedIn requests and other inbound sources;
- Coordinating standard follow-up communications forprospects;
- Scheduling introductory meetings withappropriate productleaders or consultants;
- Tracking lead source and status; preparing pipeline review materials; and
- Following up with consultants and account owners to keep opportunity records current
- Assist with general and administrative financial tasks
WhatWereLooking For
Professional Qualifications
- 2-5years of experience as a productoperations specialistorproduct data analystdeveloping and improving existing softwareand customeror clientrelationshipmanagement processes
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experiencecoordinatingwith senior consultants and product leaders
- Comfortable sending template-based follow-up to clients and prospects
Personal Qualifications
- Ability to take direction from senior team members and executein a timely manner
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with simultaneous projects and teams
- Interest in healthcare products client development and commercial operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems preferably Dynamics
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- ExperienceleveragingAI tools ( Claude ChatGPT)
- Detail-oriented proactive solution-orientedaffinitywith numbers
- Experience working with/in the health insurance industry

Location
This position is based out of the Milliman office in Seattle Washington. Candidates hired into this role must be willing to work onsite a minimum of three days per week. The expected application deadline for this job isOctober23rd 2026.
Compensation
The overall salary range for this role is$82455- $131905.A combination of factors will be considered including but not limited to education relevant work experience qualifications skills certifications etc. Employees are also eligible for a bonus under our standard bonus policy.
