Candidate Requirements

2 years of product management experience preferably in data engineering.

Work experience
Must have experience building and launching products 0 to 1 for technical users.
Experience as a PM in an early stage startup (ideally Seed - Series B).
Worked on native GenAI products not just AI features layered on existing products.
Previous experience as a data engineer.
Education: Technical degree in math computer science or similar (important for more junior candidates)
Deep understanding of the modern data stack(e.g. ELT warehousing orchestration dbt Snowflake Spark etc.)
Uses AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code Cursor Codex) in daily workflows.
Knowledge of AI tech (LLMs RAG architectures AI evaluation).
