Product Manager with AI Tools

Candidate Requirements

• 2 years of product management experience preferably in data engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data engineering processes.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies is critical.

• Strong curiosity and active use of AI tools in their workflow.

• 3 years of experience as a product manager with knowledge of the modern data space.

• Work experience

• Must have experience building and launching products 0 to 1 for technical users.

• Experience as a PM in an early stage startup (ideally Seed - Series B).

• Worked on native GenAI products not just AI features layered on existing products.

• Previous experience as a data engineer.

• Education: Technical degree in math computer science or similar (important for more junior candidates)

• Deep understanding of the modern data stack(e.g. ELT warehousing orchestration dbt Snowflake Spark etc.)

• Uses AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code Cursor Codex) in daily workflows.
