Product Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead product strategy launch planning and lifecycle management. You will act as the commercial owner for the product working cross-functionally with Medical Regulatory Legal Market Access Sales Marketing Supply Chain and external partners.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the pharmaceutical commercial landscape can navigate MLR review and can turn market insights into actionable product and brand strategies.
Develop and execute product strategy annual brand plans forecasts and lifecycle plans.
Conduct market research competitive intelligence and customer insights across HCPs patients and payers.
Lead launch readiness and cross-functional execution for new or expanded indications.
Create and manage promotional and educational materials through Medical Legal and Regulatory (MLR) review.
Partner with Market Access on payer strategy formulary access and reimbursement support.
Track product KPIs market share revenue and competitive activity; recommend course corrections.
Ensure compliance with FDA promotional regulations PhRMA guidelines OIG Sunshine Act HIPAA and internal policies.
Manage agency and vendor relationships budgets and timelines.
Support sales training field team resources and advisory board execution.
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Regulatory on product lifecycle and label updates.
35 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech product management brand marketing commercial strategy or related commercial roles.
Experience with product launch and/or lifecycle management.
Working knowledge of FDA promotional regulations and MLR review processes.
Strong analytical project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a remote environment.
Bachelors degree required; MBA PharmD MS or advanced degree preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in the U.S.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in customer service client support or call center role (financial services or consulting experience is a plus). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Professional and customer-focused attitude. Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet home office setup. Preferred Experience in a consulting professional services or B2B environment. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot). Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher. Understanding of data privacy and the importance of handling sensitive information.
